Vehicle Sales Terms & Disclosures

 JF Auto LLC sells pre-owned vehicles in accordance with Illinois law. Customers are encouraged to review the following disclosures carefully. 

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all vehicles are sold AS-IS.

No warranty is expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The buyer assumes responsibility for all repairs and maintenance after purchase (Unless otherwise stated).

 Vehicles are presented in working mechanical condition at the time they leave our lot.

We do not guarantee:

• Future mechanical performance
• Absence of future repairs
• Long-term durability
   

Normal wear and unforeseen issues may arise after purchase.

Vehicles may include:

• Clean titles
• Rebuilt titles
• Prior salvage titles legally rebuilt under Illinois law
• Lien titles (where applicable and properly disclosed)
   

Title branding is reflected on official state documentation.

 Buyers are strongly encouraged to:

• Inspect vehicles prior to purchase
• Obtain independent mechanical evaluations
   

Failure to obtain inspection does not void the as-is nature of the sale.

 JF Auto LLC does not advertise or provide vehicle rebuilding services to customers. 

 Any assistance provided after the sale is goodwill-based and does not create warranty obligations or future liability. 

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, JF Auto LLC’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the vehicle.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of use
• Buyer misuse or neglect

 JF Auto LLC reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in cases of:

• Payment fraud
• Identity misrepresentation
• Chargeback abuse
• Contract violation

 All disputes are governed by Illinois law.
