Financing & Payment Policy

JF Auto LLC may offer in-house financing to qualified local buyers.

 Financing approval is discretionary and subject to verification of identity and agreement to written terms. 

 Unless otherwise stated in writing, financing agreements do not include interest charges.

All terms are documented in a signed agreement.

Buyers agree to:

• Make payments according to schedule
• Comply with all written contract terms
   

Failure to meet obligations may result in enforcement action.

 In the event of default, JF Auto LLC may pursue legal remedies permitted under Illinois law, including contract enforcement and repossession where applicable. 

 All financing agreements are documented in writing to ensure clarity and protect both parties.
